What do you think about event where Super Mutants attacks one city and players have to defend it?

Its not bad idea but problem would be with NPC AI about looting. And probably reinforcements.

hard to make real time event in some cities without playable npc factions - people gona shoot each other instad mutants

Maybe use ai from encounters and just do this everyday and make 24 hr respawn rate.
About that ppl fighting each other. Good loot and difficult to defend will make some teams.
