Endurance + Drugs + LvL up

Hello Wastelander!

for example i create a character with 8 endurance.
well, before i lvl up i take buffout to get the +2 endurance bonus to get 10 endurance.

question:
do i  get +5 Max Hit Points (10 EN) after lvl up?
or do i get +4 Max Hit Points although i have 10 endurance with drugs?

what's right?
because i dont want to waste my time to try it out....
so maybe anybody knows?
