Haha, I got the same situation mate. I have finished palying some 2 years ago after wipe came in, and some days ago my friend told about this... Well, as I already manage to get, this version of Fonline is different then it was back in the days - as You have already sed it, no people. NCR is like a ghost city... and 2 years ago it was the centrum of culture of FOnline 2238 - that's a shame, there are not too many players. As I was talking with some guy at Hub, he told me that generally people are only in gangs (I think mostly), so there's no people in the citys. And I wont to be the lone wonderer of wastelands, just with some small team as a back up. Shame the game has changed a lot.
