Those who have been playing sincee 2009 on 2238 will always be more prepared and experienced then those who start out now.

Those who are in a faction will also have a leg up on any solo player.

Those who have played since 2009 AND are in a faction will reign dominant, just like every server.

The population of the game now is made up of the hardened players who have done their best to adapt to the harsh conditions of the wasteland. Not these sissies who whine and rage every time the get killed by molerats and suggest "Keep itanz on death!!"

I don't see how you guys seem to think the wipe is some great melting pot, and it will make everyone on the same level. The lame players will stay lame, and the Powerful players will stay powerful. There will always be whining and there will always be rage quitting. If you don't have the balls to play the game, then leave. I'm sure we are all better of without you.

Build a tent nearby.
When you leave the mines, stand around for a few seconds before leaving- to see if your being followed. If you are, kick them right off.
Leave the cow at your tent.

i agree, but i also found that helping noobs BEFORE they get frustrated helps with player retention.

It is pretty cowardly for a high level player to kill a low level player for a few worthless items. This is no doubt how those would act in a true survival situation when cooperation would be best. I will not kill any other player except in self defense, the wasteland is hard enough.

i absolutely agree Enzyme, but.....
cowardly dicks do have a place in this game.
part of the fun of this game is taking note of these dicks and hunting them down when you are no longer a bluesuited.
if one dick is so powerful, hunt this dick with a gang and rat pack him.

i also do not shoot first.
i also die alot.
but not always.
in a random encounter with another player the first thing i say is "i wont shoot".
if they shoot first, and i survive, they are usually dead, or i run away.
but then i am primarily turn based.
in real time, you better just shoot first.
but revenge can be a good motivator for not giving up.
and since this is just a game, it is not a drain on your real world karma bank.
unless you make it so.

i have no reasons to be polite - that game took many hours of my life, GAVE NOTHING, and i lost my COW with whole stuff today.

I can feel his pain. It happens to me when I took my cow with 90% of my stuff in the base and I was traveling to new better base with it and I catch forced enc. my cow and me was killed by npcs and I lost everything
Pls remember there are much worst things in fonline than missing cow. It is baserape, hacking to your account, sneakers followers, greedy Russians and op implanted bbs who will kill you, taunt you, and kill you again and post epic pic on forum with your bloody pixels
