Inspired By Fallout Online
« on: August 01, 2014, 10:47:55 pm »
After confirmation that I am ok to post this here...

A short piece inspired by this awesome title that I am sure will keep me hooked for a long while

Any feedback is appreciated greatly.

Alone In The Wastes

No water, no ammo...Friends dead, and that crazy killer is still hunting you.

But on the horizon the lights of the Hub shine bright...Almost home.

I normally don't enjoy piano much but this was very good. Thanks for doing it and sharing it with us.

Very lonely sounding. Perfect for the wasteland. Exceptional.

For me it's to sadly. Try add some synth constant line at backgroud. It should synchronize with piano and make some post-nuklear imaginery effect.

Discovered this just now, a bit late I guess.

I like the play, it makes you feel sad and lonely, exactly as it should, so good point for that.
The only negative thing I can say is that it doesn't evolve at a certain point. What I mean is that this play tells a story, and it's missing the end. You have the desperate walking in the desert, but you have no evolution/changing in the play expressing the hope of surviving (maybe something going higher, faster and feeling happier) or the failure and death with something threatening, big, saying "the hunter gets close and so does death". To sum up, I like it, but I feel something is missing at the end.
