You'd have to switch to /s and hiding in spot where other players won't see you. That's pretty hard to block, so it's your last hope now 8)

Sadly than it will be even less personal than it is now already. :S But yeah that is also an option just like way before when there was shouting sneakers. :D
I bet that feature would have freaked out the community at ghost town when wipe happened!  ;D
