would you like to gain permanent acces to 5 safe, spacious and beautifully located bases?

details:
-old bunker located between New Reno and Redding
-scrapheap next to Gun Runners in Boneyard
-depot next to Gordon's Gas Station
-outpost next to Junktown quarry
-another outpost in the middle of nowhere (27:29) including a local farmer NPC (helpfull dude)

all these bases except the bunker are empty, name of the faction is 'The Desert Striders'

*the locked room inside the bunker contains a survivalists stash:
-few types of weaponry and ammunition (e.g. alien blaster)
-few sets of armors and cloathing (e.g. bridgekeeper's robe)
-plenty of food, water, alcohol and other consumables
-various other items (including a mystery item called "Mouse skin")

starting price: 100k caps
