I've found a locked container which I can't seem to unlock. I have 150% lockpick, several expanded lockpick sets, and have tried what seems like over 100 times to unlock this container and it still won't open. Previously, I know for a fact that this locked container was open. Is this what we should be looking for? Is the fact that I can't unlock it even with max lockpick intended?
