No more forced encounter + all encounter are signaled as turn base

Ok since the new update it seems that i can't make any forced encounters, furthermore all encounter are : encounter is in turn based mod, but they an't.

And no more Xp gain from avoiding encounters.

It is not true, after 2 hours walking with 4 chars i found 3 encounters without that message:)

I get EXP from avoiding some encounters (as rare as forced), maybe your outdoorsman is low or your using a car?
Or I was the one with a bug.

Everyone have that bug that almost all encounters are TB and don't gain exp.

I log onto this account to troll alot. That said I usually like going off topic. That said some of the encounters that say TB do actually give me EXP, like I said I could be the one with a bug. Most encounters just say TB and let you skip it that bug is something we all know about and acknowledge.
