Moving to ban a player for pvp relogging
« on: April 17, 2014, 07:46:05 am »
As if 3v1 was not enough,I strongly suspect a player named Norcap used fast relog with his alt tony mer to gain further unfair advantage in PvP. Sadly, I wasn't able to screenshot his other alt, but the situation went like this:

1. I killed Norcap in a WH pvp
2. he immediately went offline
3. a player named "tony mer" appeared on the map almost immediately

Please investigate if tony mer was indeed connected to Norcap and if yes, then by all means rid us of another filthy fastrelogging presence.

A PM will be sent to admins regarding this situation.

Also, some people mistake "The Thunderdome" as "cheat reporting subforum" lately, then they get pissed off when nobody cares about it.
Most of the time I don't care what's going on in this forum section so all reports should be made via private message.

Well, russians can't use 94226279 NPCs in PvP now, so they have to use some other unfair advantage just to win against anyone. Nothing new, actually.

When I die at Reno/WH I usually log off then move onto fighting PVE on the other side of the map.

Don't know about you guys but why wait for respawn?
Just don't fast log into PVP and no one cares after all I'm sure that's the case there.

Reno/WH are hot spots so don't be surprised if 5 guys bum rush consecutively, maybe a few are waiting for two enemies to tire each other out.

Another PvP relogging suspicion happened to me today.

This time the parties involved were me, Burstdeath, Seki and Vindicatoriscool.

The moment Seki died, and while I was still in combat with Burstdeath, a character name VindicatorIscool appeared on the WH map and peppered me with (yeah) Vindicator.

Sadly, the only thing I managed to salvage from this situation is chatlog and WM screenshot where both Seki and Vindicatoriscool are shown on the map.

While I don't think Burstdeath played unfairly, I am 99% positive Seki did.

It is very sad to see so established players most likely resort to doing that and screw the experience of other players who are playing fair.

PM to Kilgore is also sent to alert him of this issue and to see it resolved.
