How PVP battles wil be? Turn-based or Real time? Cause i don't really remember, how it was durning Fonline 2238.

Since I've missed FO:2238, I'm currently learning usage of all the items and crafting.
I found that Radio in FO 2238 was a pretty cool thing. (http://fo2238.fodev.net/wiki/Radio)
Does it keep it's functionality in FO:Reloaded?

I have a question about a "The Wasteland Band" quest. I have to go to gecko and tell Keith that Mick want her in his band. I chose the right dialogue option, but she's keep telling me "Do I look like I am going anywhere with you?". Before that, the dialogue box is closing. Does this quest require CH 3+?

I can't finish "The Inoperative Mr Handy Robot", I got the robot motivator, but i can't seem to do anything with it. I tried talking to the robot and the scienciest aswell as repairing the robot. Nothing works. Any ideas?

I finished it, but it was really pain in the ass. I tried every single combination. I have used electric part on Robot, talked to robot, repaired the robot, talk to doctor. Nothing. I tried messing around with robot and somehow the Dialog box poped out and i could finaly repair it. I think this quest is buggy.

so... fibres... where can i farm them? i've tried to knife every form of plant in game and no cigar.... 'that does nothing' i remember in 2238 i just go to modoc farm and use knife on the plants there.... is it different here?

Does the In Your Face perk mean that your enemy can only have unarmed/melee weapons or you?

Does it count for both slots (like HtH Evade) or only for your active one?

Knock out players from a distance and let em be eaten by dogs. :D

Is there a limit to how many dogs you can have
or does it just depend on your party points?

Can they gain levels?

What is average damage from 14 bullet avenger burst( with 2xBRD and MRD no crit) against CA+Even Tougher+Psycho?
My calculations show that it should be 103 hp.

my calculation shows 104 hp so its probably correct..

13.5 is average damage of avenger
target got 10 DT reduced to 3 by penetrate perk on ammo
target got 70 DR reduced to 35 by ammo dr
on range you will hit 14 bullets from avenger but with 95% hit chance you will probably hit 13 bullets in average

13.5 avg dmg * 0,667 ammo dm mod = 9 dmg + 7 brd = 16 dmg - 3 DT = 13 *0.65 dr = 8,45 dmg per bullet rounded down to 8 dmg x 13 bullets  = 104 damage exactly as i said above..
sounds a bit low but dont forget that its without critical and your target is tank

btw im using my own dmg calculator made in excel (ill share it later) but its not 100% correct probably..
im not even sure about calculation, but i did my best while trying to get informations about how is damage calculated, i asked many peoples but noone was 100% sure

edit : oh yeah, this calculation was also with toughness

Also a question about that crit chance..
I was told that CA+MoS against 25 crit makes it 25/120 chance. Is it right?
Does crit power just reduces the crit on table?
Can't find it anywhere..

im not 100% sure, noone was able to tell me exact formula but from what i heard its probably : wpn dmg -> craft bonus min/max dmg% -> ammo dm mod -> brd -> dt -> dr = dmg/bullet * bullets -> fastshot/living anatomy = final dmg
also dont forget hit chance..

can someone confim this ?

What is the exact sequence of things that I must do to be able to do the Gunrunner quest (the briefcase one) again and again. Of course if that feature is enabled. Thanks!

Short way to make this quest:

Spoiler: show

1. Talk to Marshall
2. Go to mutants outpost and take box
3. Return to Marshall and give him box, READ carefully what does he say.
4. Go to shopkeeper and take award.
5. Wait 6-9 real hours for next round.
