its not worth it, not even for crippler, i will rather do some decent damage with smaller crit chance then no dmg with +10% crit chance
i did some test of finesse and nonfinesse sniper to calculate damage difference to 10 dt 65% dr target with normal sniper rifle and it was -41% dmg for +10% crit chance, almost noone is even using finesse (dmg was calculated with noncrits attacks too so bonus to crit chance from finesse is already included, if i would calculate only crit dmg then it would be even worse then 41%)
thats why i suggest to change finesse DR from +30 to +20 (mby +15 crit chance or 15 dr ? idk it just needs to be boosted somehow), it should be good trait for cripplers/snipers
critical hits for 25 or 19 dmg are really nice joke.. rather not even talking about hands/groin/legs.. crit table is ok, problem is finesse

- you are testing eye shots and your non-finesse sniper probably got RBtE (at least it should) while finesse ones usualy don't take this perk
- finesse snipers are made not to shot eyes (for which good non-finesse sniper already got 85 base crit chace) but for arms/groin/legs
- finesse snipers never were about dmg but about special effects (cripples, drops, ko, kd)
- arm shots cost 1ap less than eye/head which gives finesse more shots + more crit chance = better effects
- if you score a baypass you do very nice dmg with finesse, so more crit chance = more crits add sniper rifle with +crit mod bonus and you get really nice effects
- in your tests you got 12 finesse shots that were not critical to 29 non-finesse not critical shots (even with 3 less shots) so I would say even in case of eyes +10 crit chace did big difference

So test for example arm shots and don't only look at dmg.

As i wrote before, finesse guy shots more times with higher crit chance so he gets more chances to score crits and more chances to get good roll on those crits. Cripplers don't shot to kill, they shot to disarm, cripple or ko/kd their target so that it becomes easier to kill for their friends on dps characters or simply make enemy not able to attack/defend themselves. 10% crit chance on sniper is big bonus. Compare it on more test shots and body part with less base crit chance bonus. And look at each bonus critical shot you get from those +10% as additional chance to fuck up your enemy not in term on dmg (which is very good if you score baypass).

Does finesse also affect bonehead/man of steel perks, or only armor?
I thaught only armor, but i am not 100% sure. And in that case, making the hidden bonus affect the perks will give a +5 critpower in head for finesse sniper => more ko kd and blind

hidden bonus is affecting critical chance only, not critical power and i think its probably for both armor and perks.. bonehead gives -10 to crit roll so it has nothing to do with hidden bonus and finesse snipers shouldnt shoot into eyes anyways, it can happen only when target have Man of Steel

The planner says -50 critical mod, chance mod/power mod, I think both.
And yes finesse sniper better aim arms and legs, but they blind better than damage sniper if they have RBtE.
