These rounds can only be found in caves, or from farming super mutants at the Silo. Its useful ammo, albiet chances are you'd only want to use it during TC due to rarity and the fact that most things go down without it anyway.

vindicator burst = 25x caseless x 50k caps each = 1,250,000 caps per burst, no thx  ;D
2k / each is already overpriced, 1 burst = 50k caps for me
