2 Trade Partner/Guard/Farmer -Members that provide a service to the faction
3 Courier/NCO/Crafters/Information Agents -Members that provide necessary services.
4 Representatives/Recruitment officers -Ditto
5 Event Organizers/Planners -Our defacto Leaders
I plan on remaining at rank 4.
Ranks have little meaning aside from telling us off the bat what your job tier is. Especially due to overlap. Rank is determined by your main service provided to the faction.
