Hardened/Power Helmet crit modif

Power Helmet crit chance mod : -30
Hardened Power Helmet crit chance mod : -27

doesnt makes sense, i think it should be opposite, hardened should be better then normal
thats why i suggest to chance Power Helmet crit chance mod from -30 to -27 and Hardened Power Helmet crit chance mod from -27 to -30
