I want to create new char and i was wondering are those good builds for sniper and close combat fighter.

If this is gonna be your first sniper then I would make something like this:

Not a perfect build, but certainly better than yours. It has basically same stats as yours (11 ap, 47 hex sight...) but! It is a drug-friendly build. What does that mean? Well you can drug it and get a doubleshot sniper having 14 action points capable of shooting at 50 (max) hex range. If you somehow manage to run out of drugs, you just take jet antidote and you will have 11 action points again, until you get some more jet, nuka colas and cigarettes.

Btw I don't know what you need lockpick for, but that’s really not a problem, you just keep levelling till level 28 and raise your lockpick.

But dont u need at least 4 st with WH to be able to wield all small guns?
