just give them more hp instead of fa, its just stupid

sometimes they first aid when they have no ap and then shoot right away without any animation

Yeah, they shouldn't use FA at all.
Especially the ones with 400hp o.O

They fa seems to be 100% efficient with 300 hp healed and no AP cost.  >:(
I'll make more donations to have the same on my characters  ;D

First aid on high hp enemies will be lowered.
