same as CA just with higher explode dr and crit chance/power modifiers

They have same DT and DR as normal combat armor ,but they have better DT and DR against explode. The also have -15 crit and crit power reduction (oposed to combat armor -10). Overall much better armor for pvp and even in pve because of the crit modifiers. Oh and it looks cool :).
