Can soeone help me with my base?

So i read that you can buy a base a premade or make your own... i tried to buy this and that, yet despit i have the caps for it, i cant, i cant pick a name for my faction, can someone help e please? :(

Type ~ffn in game for a list of available faction names. You can also press F2 after that to save it in .txt file inside your client dir.

self naming was NOT an option EVER (not in 2238, not here) ... there are pre generated list of names as Kilgore said.... choose one and type it in when game ask for it.
