Atleast I still see travellers in NCR and Hub, I think Kilgore added those new places and keep old ones.

Grave diggers are most likely to fill in graves that have been looted.
Wipe was explaining it to Kilgore a few weeks ago on IRC.

Nothing has changed, why do you complain now? You will not be able to take 2 cities, it was gecko/klamth before. Now its BH/Redding.

Militia fix? Do you mean remove militia or sneak killing players on guarded TC towns doesn't effect militia?

Yes TC windows should be only in BH and Redding now. Later we can think about disabling TC windows but I think that two are okay.
