Galogen and russian sneaker fast relog

Docan can you keep eye on this russian guy Galogen. He always comes with sneaker and then fast relogs to gatling laser tank with two rocket launcher companions, its really annoying.

This is not a first time ive seen him do this. There was this guy don andrea, he also saw him do this a lot.

These russians are ALWAYS fast reloggin. Sneakers,  troll characters, and pvp char. Kilgore or Docan should keep an eye on them.

What you dont understand ? You kill troll, and he want relog another character, and say brother about you, and Galogen revenged for the brother while one waited for 3 minutes.

about me (Don Andrea) i can just say i didnt know it was illegal. (i thought if one is OFF i can use the other, but now i know its really annoying and somehow cheating, cause a russian guy has done it to me and bursted my ass) Sorry i didnt read rules.
 i spoke with burstdeath about it (he has screenshoted me) and i wont do it again. i dont like to be known as a cheater

Maybe we need a rule to stay logged in after death when "brothers" comes with same ip and ban if char logged off.

i am sorry docan but i find this very hard to believe since it always goes like this, russian name coming, i see him for 2 seconds, then he runs away, 1 minute later galogen comes and the other name is never there

they can be brothers but this shit is just fast relog, i never see them together, my brother is playing too, should i just fast relog and then tell he was there lol , ill capture this guy on fraps few times
