Looking to sell this implant, it gives +1 to Perception (PE)

Anyways, looking for junk, alloys, HQ alloys for this, please combination of all 3

Start bid : 100 junk, 100 alloys, 100 HQ alloys

He didnt know, it was against the rules to sell implants to enemies, so he canceled that auction. You know that we would be more then happy to sell it to mojuk. :D
