Shopping in a Town Controlled place is not recommended when u dont belog to a faction, that controls it.
There is laways shooting on site, nothing more nothing less.
U should barter @ Bonyard, SF, Junktown, Vault City, NCR, Hub if u dont wanna get killed easily.
