At the risk of being marked as "stupid of the year", I would be really grateful to anyone who could explain me how to accomplish the mission given by the sad wife in the oldtown of The Hub.

Go to Adytum and talk to guard outside of the shop. When you talking to him he will show where is salvagers location, where you will find husband of sad wife.
