Where can I buy a Brahmin? I went to ncr and I always get the same response" he cannot sell me one". To have a Brahmin follower i only need to buy it right?

You can also try The Hub, they might have a cow for sale. But you'll probably get the same response....

...or you can trap one you meet in encounters.You'll need a piece of rope, and to weaken the brahmin (or just knock it over). when its almost dead (or knocked over) bring up the bag icon and use the rope.

You don't even need to weaken the Brahmin.

I believe it's a roll against your Outdoorsman skill only, would have to confirm that when I get home though.

you need to have 100% Outdoorsman, you need to cow, and use rope on it, hold left clikc on cow, when falling menu opens, pull to bag icon, and then select rope, you may faild to elsave brahmin, if you fail just try again.

alternatively... put rope in hand, stalk a brahmin, walk up and rope it. simple.

what is min CH requirement for COW follower?

nothing needed for 1 cow, but if you want to have more cow you need to have dogs, each dog is +1 cow

you can get dogs in boneyard and somewhere else hmm I think junktown, I bought some dogs in junktown once cost 400, other one 700, I think one of them have 110 OD, and it was good on 2238 for low OD chars, he would worn you about enchounters

you also need 2 charisma , if im not wrong for moving on world map or is it changed ?

you dont need 2 charazima, 1 was always enough for brahmin, but now on reloaded you can take 2 players wtih 1 ch
