Melee Characters

I'm playing a melee character and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to make them a bit stronger? Obviously I feel kind of underpowered but that's sort of how it is when your melee I guess lol. Is there anything that could be changed to make them a little more viable?

They are strong actually, maybe the problem is your build.

I faced a melee char yesterday, just can get away from him, every punch resulted in knockdown... It's all about build and how you play it.
