i do suggest to randomise the order of the implants, it will need more strategy to get what you want!

That new bid order is dumb.
Non-power players will have even less chances to get an implant now,
because those who didn't make it for the HP and armor implants will have too many cards left,
since they won't have to save them for Nemean Armor at the end. The original order was fine.

I get ur point, but lets assume i have 40 access cards, and i give 20 to a friend so I can bid in 2 implants. If the implants price raises over 20, I wont get any implant. Interchanging AC during auction isnt allowed. And btw, Why are u so paranoid about factions ? What u are basically saying is that having friends is "op", but you dont need to be in faction to have friends in game. Get out of your tent and meet people.
