Encalve Sergant lost his Access Card - Game Master implant auction !

Enclave Sergant is missing an access card to his Personal Bunker. He lost it somewhere in one of the caves in the Wasteland.

Auction will take place at Tuesday 22:00 28/01/2014 forum time on barter ground.

Access card only Auction rules:
1. You need to buy an auction ticket, only players with tickets can participate in auction.
2. You come with ticket and Access Cards which You will use on auction to Barter Ground.
3. You need to have Access Cards in Your inventory.
3. Bids will be made made for 1 implant type in order:

Nemean Armor - +20 Maximum Hit Points 
Dermal Impact Armor - 4% Normal / Explode Resistance
Phoenix Armor Implants - 4% Fire / Laser / Plasma Resistance
Hypertrophy Accelerator - +1 Strength
Optics Enhancer - +1 Perception
Nociception Regulator - +1 Endurance
Empathy Synthesizer - +1 Charisma
Logic Co-processor - +1 Intelligence
Reflex Booster - +1 Agility
Probability Calculator - +1 Luck


We will have also Fridge and Pool Table on that auction !

4. After each implant auction, winner have to pay for his implant to Game Master, he will recive implant.
5. You are not allowed to transfer AC between players if you do that you will be banned.
6. Bids rules:
- Starting price for each implant is 1 AC
- Minimum bid is 1 AC
- Type Your nickname and price to make a bid: " DocAN - 15 AC "
- Sergant will start each auction with min bid 1 AC then you can start bidding by typing: "Nickname - number AC"

7. Players withuot tickets are asked to leave Barter Ground during the auction or remain silent, if not you will be killed/neutralized

8. Tickets: to get an auction ticket you have to pay 50 000 caps to Sheriff Black until 0:00 27 Jan 2014 forum time. You can do that by contacting with DocAN on forum/ingame.
9. List of participants will be posted at Tuesday.
10. Player is limited to only 1 implant !

Access Card item as bid itself is quite unfair, caves are quite fun to search for rare weapons but none of those cards

Damn, I've only found 1 access card and Stalker asked me to craft to trade him for his 1 but now he's vanished after I crafted his goods.
