docan, please correct me if im wrong. That means that if you have 20kk in your inventory you can bid the all? what chance all other players have? i dont collect caps all day.

come on, really? do i have to explain this to you? Implants should be given away in PvP events and such where everyone can participate, not just the caps collectors.

Just as not everyone is totally into PvP.

There was a PvP event with implants as rewards not too while ago. Plus you can PvP at lockers and get implants there.

then think of something else, you sold your paintings at the end after telling me all your arguments for the painting auction, this auction is for the same ppl, and like i said before, lockers are for everyone too. a lot of loners go and get things from there by doing pvp or just sneaking/running.

Like I said, there was a PvP event with implants as rewards and I'm sure there will be another one soon. If you have an idea for a different sort of auction or event that would allow more players to compete, just PM Kilgore or Docan.

Yes, lockers are for everyone, which means you can get your implants too especially if you don't spend any time PvEing and gathering caps and resources for potential implant auctions.

Rule #6

Once player doesn't wish to bid any further, he has to call "Withdraw", which will remove him from the bidding cycle.

Each player gets a 1min (60 seconds, period) timer to place their bid, otherwise it gets defaulted with automatic "Withdrawal".

It's CET time zone. You must have changed your settings to show your time zone.

In other words, just google time in Poland and you'll have the exact time. For example, currently it's 19:12pm.
