FOnline with ENB Series?

So I thought I'll look for a graphics upgrade, and found this ENB addon for Fallout 2.

It's for Fallout 2 1.02d USA, contains even a Fallout2.exe. And doesn't work with FOnline..
But I thought it's the best place to ask - anyone has a clue how to get it working?

My doctor forbid it to play like that for prolonged periods.

Anyways, gave up on that setup, tried to get it working from scratch. Didn't manage. I'm a noob in that. Hopefully this thread will raise the attention of someone who knows better than I.

fonline is not fallout1 or2.
because of its online attribute, a DOS machine will not play it.
there are plenty of online mods.
search the forum.
