Change Super Cattle Prod weapon perk to either Penetrate or Knockback (if it ever gets fixed for CC). Accurate perk.. I don't even... Also change the Improved Capacitor Battery to require only 1 Good Metal Part.

Agree. Also I'm for increasing the range of SCP up to
2 hex
. This will make it compatible with Mega Fist.

Every Melee weapon with knockback perk should be changed, or fix for problem.

I would suggest a "stun" effect that forces the target to walk for 1 or two seconds on a succesful hit.
Don't really like the other suggestions.
