He sends me to the NCR. I talk to the guy running Igana Bobs. It turns out the guy running it Mike.

Mike sends me to the Rawhide to talk to the Super Mutant.

Drunk Super Mutant tells me that he can be found south in a place that starts with "New."

So I go to New Adytum and talk to everyone there. Big fat nothing.

The wiki is no help and I asked around in the game, so I came here.

Yeah that's no help. So what I am supposed to talk to every single person in the whole wasteland?

Can I at least trust "New" and "Not safe for mutants." Cause that would still leave me with New Reno.

Wasting well over an hour doing what I thought would be a simple quest.

Also another related question. I have neutral reputation in the hub. Another player talks to Beth and now every time I walk into that area Beth comes walking out and attacks me and then the guards shoot me. My quest.. WTF is with that?

My reputation stays the same and the guards don't attack me until Beth comes walking up.
