Started playing again after few weeks of absence:) I have question about those new marked random encounters. If i walk into them with sneak on (sneaker lvl 30 somethhing, nearly 270 sneak) will i be uncovered straight away or can i have some fun with PKs? I tried few times but I was getting instakilled...
