Kilgore can you check this players are they use the same IP? I think when Voltaire attacked me and lose, first thing what he does is logout and something wierd happend about few second after some other person (Mistigri - blue suit) looking for his stuff (he goes strightly for this place). Heh wtf ?

( it was happend betwen  19:50 - 20:00 warsaw time , near gunrunners)

There shouldn't be.

But Kilgore mentioned that Hub will be turned into a safe zone, which is a good idea. Meta factions still can rape NCR or Junktown.

I would do that too if someone killed me after crafting HQ stuff

I don't think he was trying to PvP

It doesn't matter STALKER, there was already a precedent in the past where Kilgore clearly stated that this kind of behavior is clearly bannable.

I Agree with you. Even that guy wasn't for PvP, but he used fast relog to get items back/more items. Sounds pretty same with few other cases.
