Blueprint hunting question.

Hey all,

I'm pretty inexperienced with this whole BP hunting thing. I've been doing urban encounters around boneyard and was wondering if there are better places on the map to hunt for them (are there differing footlocker/BP rates in specific grids?). I have my LP maxed and I have treasure hunter.

Also if this question has been asked, please post a link.
