[Small exploit] Small room under the Maltese Falcon

So, I met few players around Maltese Falcon.
One of them opened door to room that has waterpump, that room was locked.



So I went to downstairs, there was player with minigun and he killed me. Many others killed down there too.

And you can come back from that room, after killing few players and NPCs don't do anything or maybe Hub reputation don't decrease.



Not sure should I call it an exploit, but still wanted to report this

Guards won't shoot him,but he will get unprotected after first kill...
