"men of steel" on wiki: the perk gives you a +10 bonus to your armor's critical hit chance and critical power modifiers
so,the effect  can not on my head? whether critical hit chance or critical power modifiers?

"bonehead": this Traits only +10 bonus to my head's critical power modifiers? no critical hit chance?

Referring to wiki, oh come on I would understand if you made reference to 2238 source codes, but wiki? Personally I do not think man of steel reduces crit chance, I may be wrong though (10% is a lot, my sniper has it and I don't think I get less critical shots than my other non-mos builds).
