Wheres all the Wastelanders

A few days ago companions would show up in ncr every 5 mins by 2s and 3s....now for hours i get nothing. Now they only show up with someone else.... and the people that gaffeld em all up try to sell em. So if i made a few extra guys to hold companions for me how many did the rest of yall make? 100's?

You can try to check Den/Junktown/Hub etc.
But as for your question i do not know the answer. Freak of nature?

Just got one after listening to a guy shout SELL WASTELANDER for 3 hours. Only had to beat him and 3 other people off with a stick to get em. I'd suggest a spawn increase or removing the trade feature. Either way hard core mofos are going to have their x3 BGs at 300 HPs. I'd rather it be just more spawns cause they already got theirs. I was taking a few extra myself, but not for sale....wtf

It seems like there is less Travellers than used to be before that "NPC lvl dialog" system.
Used to see like 1-2 at NCR, all the time. Since that update I almost never see even one.
