If you really hate NPCs attacking you, use Turn based
For safe footlocker hunt, and little help against PKs who want to take your treasures.

I was just messing around.  Found much better stuff in these locations, and I don't get horribly mauled by centaurs and floaters every two seconds.

Any reason why exactly this places should be best ?
Easy encounters are in alot of zones too and i thought that all zones has same chance to get footlocker/cave depending only on terrain or not ?
And there isnt even high CTE (chance to encounter) near waterworks.

Don't try encounters that are located near water. There is no footlockers on those kind urban encounters!

You mean like near San Fran?

I was just going to say how good San Fran is for lockers.
I've found 1 locker per 2 or 3 encounters, and the encounters aren't very difficult. Usually 2 rival groups that kill each other, so you can either kill steal them, or take out the last man/men standing and loot the corpses before moving on to the locker.
