If you got skillpoints to waste, just take 150% Lockpick. 125% Lockpick is needed to craft expanded lockpicks. Very good skill, good profit in short time. Just remember to take treasure hunter.

It gives %50 bonus and limit is %150.Isnt this a little absurd?

Its soft cap not hard cap. If you have lockpick set and 150 then its 175 or 200 lockpick

It's true that with skill of 100% + expanded lickpick you will be able to open almost every footlocker in encounters, but if you would like visit Glow then it's better to have lockpick skill at its max + exp. lockpicks set - in other way you won't open several lockers there.
