Lets say you have stacked your armor class to 160. Of course this is reduced to 140 because AC is capped at 140. But then lets say you are fighting someone that shoots a sniper rifle at you which uses .223 FMJ ammo that has a -20 AC mod on it. Is your effective armor class in this hypothetical to hit calculation 120 or 140?
