I'm not sure this is a good idea.
It's probably a terrible idea, to be honest ...

But I loved using these in Jagged Alliance 2
and I think we really need some fresh wind.

So prepare yourself for some outrageous suggestions.



Mortar

Has to be dropped on the ground for 3AP.
Has to be set up using science for 10AP.

Mortar shell has to be in the active slot.
Can be fired for 8AP by using the shell on the mortar.
Chance to hit relies on either Big Guns or Traps.

Can be packed up again using science for 10AP.

The only perk that applies to it is Demolition Expert.

Damage: 60 - 80
Range: 40 - 70
Perk: Knockback
Damage type: Explode

Can't target players directly.

Since you can't actually see that far,
you'd either have to rely on good faith,
or have a spotter in view range who can direct you.

Mortar and mortar shells should be pretty heavy,
so the user probably couldn't carry another heavy weapon.
