Private parking spots in towns

it isn't really that big of a problem to make tents near every town and I don't know how easy this is to implement but it would be awesome if you could buy for let's say 30 k caps private parking spot in a town,and when you arrive with vehicle,on town map you could enter on your private spot only you can access ,and from there you can enter town.
It's thematic and convenient.
