robo dog

hey guys,

I found this item on the ground today called "Doctor's Note"

description says something like "with the right facility and the right person, they may be able to build a robo-dog"

anybody know what this item is for? I'm gonna try to visit few scientists like NPCs and see what happens..

Sounds like an item used in one of the Fallout 2 quests. Unless its also for a quest here, its probably useless.
