Yes, it is. The status is at the bottom of the main page.

And there is always ingame server message, if server is going to be updated or something else.

We don't know how long it's going to be down for though.
The only Forum update was the last Server Maintenance post, and the game instance hasn't been moved to the redundant server this time.
I'm hoping it's not a disk rebuild, I wouldn't mind getting back on tonight if possible.

Not bitching, just wouldn't mind an update.
