Without drugz you are pretty weak against build with drugs.
If you play alone,rocket launcher would be useless for you.
Do you mean Real Time PVP or TB? Cause it makes big differences with builds...

Well, I'm no PKer, so I'm talking about town control, I guess, which is (as far as I know) realtime only.
