Seriously devs, Manero needs stronger pancor, you have to do it! How he will do 140 dmg to tanks now? Can you pls boost it more so he can instantly kill anyone with 1 burst? Thank you! Btw, good update. :)

I don't believe it's so obvious after increasing DR mod by 5%.
Also your approach: x gun vs y gun in all situations is just wrong.
I want some weapons better than other weapons in certain situations, so each of them has its use. There are more differences between weapons than just dmg.

Note: Pyromaniac perk will be reworked later.

What do you mean by this?
One level of a perk instead of two levels and %dmg increase instead of x dmg. People who have 2 levels of Pyromaniac (are there any?) will get one unspent perk. Unless someone has a better idea.

Can Healer and Healer+ perk be reworked too ? I think they're more useful if they're support perk . Maybe 150 FA and 5 IN required for Healer , 175 FA and 6 IN for Healer+ :)

I have both ranks in pyromaniac.

A few more questions.
Will I lose the unspent perk for being beyond the cut off limit for perks?
Will damage be boosted at all, nerfed, or about the same as it was?

I would think anyone taking Pyromaniac I would also take Pyromaniac II.

Changing +20 into +20% for each would be the easy way, no?
The improved flamer has ~112 dmg, +40% would make  ~+45dmg. 
The solar would do ~52 dmg... something like gauss pistol with 3xbrd. Much, but it is a rare weapon, I could live with that.
I may be broke, but I ain't broken (just twisted).

I noticed something since the last change.
while running, with nothing nipping my heels, I get the stutter run.
while running with a player nipping at my heels, I get the stutter run.
not every time.
I have also noticed that while in tb, I walk, but seem to walk too far, and get dragged back a few spaces.
just a heads up

It's just an issue with a high ping.
