Chance to hit glitch?

 im having a nasty issue ingame, I have this alt at lvl 15 its a gatling alt with 150% EW 6ST 8PE 10AG  and my chance to hit at 6hexs is 62% and chance to hit at 1hex is 63% aswell, ive tried to lvl more and it has changed nothing, it seems that PE is the only thing giving me chance to hit

Any help would be great, ive had this issue in 2238 on my gatling laser sneaker and i had to remake it with same stats and it seemed to work, ive already reached lvl 15 and i feel like ive just wasted 2 hours.

Nvm, i just deleted alt and remake with same stats and it seems to work now. very weird.

well, i got same thing few times with my char. Sometimes chance is like ~60% then things are getting back to normal. Dunno why...

lol, he releveled his own character because he forgot to turn off the "aim" binds on un-aimed bursts.. what a pro.

You sure about that? When I burst while having eyes aimed on bind, it shows the burst % hitchance, not the eye hitchance on that distance.
