Sometime you find some builds through "Browse", of course most them is protected by password

What you have to know about throwing builds..
1 ) More ST you have, longer throw you have. Remember to use Heave Ho! perks too.
2 ) If you going throwing something to different spots than in "torso" you should take 7-8PE
3 ) If you just want have build that throw grenades and do damage, remember to take "Fast Shot" trait.
4 ) Luck is also good thing for throwers, critical from plasma grenade is pretty good.
5 ) Mostly throwers have low HP, because they use SPECIAL to other stats.
6 ) Enough skill for throwing is 150-200%
7 ) You need 10-12AP atleast, more AP with Jet if you really want throw things.
8 ) Intelligence as you get enough throwing skill -> 1-4 IN is enough.

Was throwing range based on strength changed after 2238?
Usually you wouldn't get a longer range after STR 5.

21 hexes (5 STR + 2x Heave Ho!) is the maximum range iirc.

nothing interesting to say, as always. anyway, you should check if 5 st is enough (was in 2238) so you dont waste points there.

If you are making a thrower build it MUST be tanky. You are going to use a weapon with very short range, you will be shot before you reach your target. 2 ST + buffout +psycho would be enough. I dont recommend heave ho perk, id take toughness perks. BRoF is a must have. Fast shot and one handed perks are useful. And i would mix throwing with any other skill (90-130 throwing skill is good enough) to have a 2nd weapon with longer range. Try to get as many AP as you can. Thats all.
