Okay so i have 2 radios. One is tuned to channel 2, the same channel it was on when i found it in a random locker encounter, and it is on the ground at my house. The other radio is tuned to 7762 in my inventory. When i transmit on 7762, the radio on the ground shows my transmission as if it is tuned to 7762. I pick it up and check it: tuned to 2.
In fact, i have a whole carpet of radios laid out on the ground from finding them in lockers. They should all be tuned to random low channels, as usual. But when stand near there and transmit on 7762, about 10 of them light up! At first i wondered "how is it possible that so many of these radios could be tuned to this personal channel?" Or, how could any of them be? So i checked them and they are not.
So i think i am seeing a bug here.
